Daria Herashchenko (b. 2004) is a Ukrainian visual artist whose painting and drawing practice draws from figurative art and contemporary editorial photography.

After the start of the war in 2022, Daria relocated to Halifax, Canada, where she has received her BFA at NSCAD University. Her work is often featured in group showcases, such as Shaped & Shifted, Scraps, and A Painting Show, among others.

In 2024, Daria was nominated for the Student Art Award in Drawing, with her work, Dissolving, serving as a point of departure for her current art practice, which explores transforming figures, dreamlike spaces, and the tension between intimacy and distance. Using photographic and editorial references, she constructs scenes that feel familiar yet unresolved, leaving space for open-ended narratives.

Following her solo exhibiton RAW LOVE in 2026, Daria continues to explore themes of love and ambiguity.
